Michael Jackson and filmmakers

 
Jackson flirted with the cinema throughout his career.  He spoke about it in his interviews and called on well-known directors to produce his videos (such as John  Landis, for Thriller in 1982).  Christopher Campbell, of the blog spout.com, has collected – and reviewed – them.

John Singleton (Remember the Time), David Fincher (Who Is It ?), Phil Karlson (Ben), Francis Ford Coppola (Captain EO), Bob Giraldi (Beat It, Say Say Say), Sidney Lumet (The Wiz), Mark Romanek (Scream), Martin Scorsese (Bad) and Spike Lee (They Don’t Care About Us) all worked with Jackson at one time or other.
