Pathé BellecourOpened in 1933 with one screen, it expanded to eight and was entirely renovated in 1996, with its heritage-graded facade preserved. Now it has 10 air-conditioned tiered-seating cinemas with giant screens, Dolby Digital, a total of 2,120 seats. More than 150 films are shown each year, including mainstream and foreign films in original version. The screenings include pre-premières, some with the filmmakers present, as well as special evenings and theme-nights. Two of the cinemas are equipped with HD equipment.
